How do I view a contact's leads, mailings, and engagement?

Each contact record provides a clearer view of your mailing relationship with that person.

You can see information such as:

• The total number of mailings sent to the contact.
• The total number of recorded QR code scans.
• When they last scanned a QR code.

When a homeowner engages with a supported home valuation QR code and provides their information, they are added automatically to your Leads list, under Lists in Contacts. Their activity then becomes part of their contact record.

This helps you move beyond simply storing an address. You can see who has received your mail, who has interacted with it, and where there may be a reason to follow up.
