How much does an address cost when ordering a custom mailing list?
Custom mailing lists are 10¢ per address, billed separately from the $1.04 postcard price. Buying a list is optional — you can also upload your own.
How much do real estate mailing lists cost?
Each purchased address is 10¢. Postcard mailing is extra: $1.04 pay-as-you-go; as low as 83¢ on an annual Dominate plan.
Example: 500 addresses cost $50 for the list, plus $520 to mail them standard class (500 × $1.04). First class would add 23¢ per postcard.
See Do you provide mailing lists? for the builder walkthrough, or purchase a list in your account.
What do I get with a purchased list?
You can build a list by radius around an address, by subdivision, or by drawing a polygon on a map. You can cap how many addresses you buy.
Fields on a purchased list:
- Owner first name and last name
- Owner mailing address (street, city, state, zip)
- Property address (street, city, state, zip)
That split lets you mail absentee owners at the address where they receive mail, not only the property door. When I purchase a list do I get the address of the home or of the owner? lists those columns.
Can I use my own list instead?
Yes. Upload a .csv or .xlsx file and map the fields. See What format can mailing lists be uploaded in? and Uploading a List for Mailing.
Paid credit subscriptions (Starter, Growth, and Dominate) include Contact List Pro and free list updates. Those extras are part of the subscription plans, not the 10¢ list price.
Common questions
Is the 10¢ included in $1.04?
No. $1.04 is printing, postage, and standard-class mailing. The list is a separate line.
Does PowerFarm replace list purchase?
PowerFarm is a farming subscription that targets a farm area you choose. Credit-plan list tools and a one-off custom list purchase are different products.
Farm sizing and how often to mail are covered in Farm size and mailing frequency.
