What is PowerDesigner by Wise Pelican?
PowerDesigner is Wise Pelican's built-in editor for real estate postcards. Apply your Brand Kit and an MLS listing, and it fills the template with your branding, contact details, property info, and photos — then you can still edit every detail.
Can I design real estate postcards online with MLS listing auto-fill?
Yes. PowerDesigner is a designer-built editor in your Wise Pelican account. You can:
- Start with a Wise Pelican template or a blank canvas.
- Apply your Brand Kit and available brokerage branding.
- Pull property photos and listing details from the MLS. Wise Pelican's MLS integration coverage claim is 95%.
- Customize copy, images, colors, fonts, sections, and layouts.
- Design the front and back of your mailer in the same project.
You can make those changes without professional design experience or waiting on a designer. What are the benefits of using PowerDesigner? lists Brand Kit, MLS, and reusable sections.
The mailed piece is still a 6×9 jumbo postcard at $1.04 pay-as-you-go; as low as 83¢ on an annual Dominate plan.
What if I already have a design?
You do not have to start in PowerDesigner:
- Upload a front you built in Canva or other software.
- Send an InDesign package for template upload.
- Order a custom template for $129. Postcard custom designs typically deliver in 1–2 business days and include up to three revisions after the first proof.
Common questions
Is PowerDesigner a separate product I have to buy?
No. It is the editor inside Wise Pelican for building the mailer you then print and mail.
Can I keep an Automated Seller Valuation QR code on the template?
Yes. ASV templates include a unique code or link ($1.09 mailed). See What is the ASV QR code, and why should I keep it? and Automated Seller Valuations.
Where should I put listing photos so they do not get cropped?
Keep important content off the trim. Full bleed is not offered. If a photo is clipped in the editor, use Frame to Content.
