      Summary of our Custom Design Company Policies for our FAQ's.

       Custom Design Policies

      1. Revision Policy: Your custom template includes up to three revisions after delivery of your initial proof. Requests for major changes—such as an entirely new design or adjustments beyond the original scope—will be treated as a new custom design project and subject to additional fees.

      2. Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver your custom postcard design within 1-2 business days. To help us honor this timeframe, please respond promptly to any inquiries from our design team.

        • If we do not receive a timely response or require additional information, the delivery timeframe may be extended to ensure we provide you with the best possible service.
        • Turnaround time depends on the product for your custom design: 
          Postcards | 1-2 business days
          Business Cards - Double Sided | 1-2 business days
          Signage | 1-2 business days
          Door Hanger Double-Sided | 1-2 business days
          Flyers One-Sided | 1-2 business days
          Flyers Double-Sided | 2-3 business days
          Tri-Fold Brochure | 2-3 business days
          Bi-Fold Brochures | 3-4 business days
      3. Refund Policy: Custom designs are non-refundable.
