Subscriptions provide access to credits that can be used towards mailing. These credits can be used for mailing in any way the Client desires. Credits can not be used to purchase mailing lists or design services. Subscriptions are sold as annual terms though you may select to break up the payments monthly, quarterly, or annually. Early cancellation: Customers may cancel any time prior to their annual renewal date, and cancellation fees will apply as follows: Customers canceling before the completion of the current 12-month term will be assessed a fee equivalent to 2 months' worth of payments due to early termination.
If paying monthly, all credits must be used within 7 months of issuance, if paying quarterly, credits must be used within 10 months of issuance, and if paying annually, credits must be used within 18 months of issuance.
For canceled subscriptions, all remaining credits must be used within 90 days of subscription cancellation, or they will be forfeited. If subscription is canceled, the cost per postcard will immediately return to the current applicable rate.
Additional features can be utilized as part of the subscription package at applicable rates and will be charged using available credits on the customer account. against the monthly credits received. Additional features available include, but are not limited to::

- Paper Upgrades
- Postage Upgrades
- UV coating
Wise Pelican will normally present postcard orders to the United States Postal Service within 2 business days and letter and brochure orders within 4 business days (this does not include weekends and holidays) of the order. This may at times be delayed due to issues out of Wise Pelican's control including but not limited to weather and equipment malfunction.
Standard class postcards are generally delivered within 5 to 18 days and first-class postcards are generally delivered within 2 to 6 days. Actual delivery times may vary especially with recent postal service funding issues as discussed in the media. Once mailed, Wise Pelican has no control over the speed of delivery by the United States Postal Service.
Paper thickness selected represents the lowest quality thickness that we will use for your order. At times Wise Pelican may automatically upgrade your order to a thicker paper at no cost to you if there is not enough supply of the ordered paper available.
Wise Pelican does not review orders for design errors. The orders will be printed exactly as they are formatted in the "PDF Preview". Once submitted, orders can not be canceled or modified. Wise Pelican does not review orders for accuracy or compliance with any state, local, or federal laws, associations, MLS, or other rules or statutes.
Orders are in no way refundable unless there is a clear error caused by Wise Pelican. Customers are responsible for all of their own art, text, etc. on their orders and Wise Pelican is in no way responsible for design confirmation. It is imperative that you proof your design.
I release Wise Pelican from any and all liability, and agree not to request a refund from Wise Pelican, due to postcards that are delayed, damaged, or lost by the United States Postal Service.
Postcards can be tracked in the “Tracking” section of Wise Pelican. This section includes data as it is provided by USPS. WISE PELICAN DOES NOT RECEIVE DATA FOR 100% OF POSTCARDS AND AT TIMES (THOUGH IT IS INFREQUENT) SORTING FACILITIES AND POST OFFICES MAY NEVER SCAN A POSTCARD BUT INSTEAD DELIVER IT DIRECTLY. WHEN THIS OCCURS THERE WILL NOT BE SCAN DATA.
If you are on a subscription and have mailings pre-scheduled, the system will automatically use your subscription credits. If there are not enough credits to cover the mailing, order, the system will use any credits it can and then charge your credit card for the remainder. This may occur due to reasons such as larger mailings than you receive monthly credits for, upgraded mailings, failed subscription payments, or more frequent mailings. These payments are all nonrefundable.
When you submit your order, you will be charged for each record in your mailing list. When the order is processed for mailing, Wise Pelican will check each address against the National Change of Address database and update accordingly. If an address is found to not be deliverable, credits for those records will be added to your account to be used for a future mailing, however, these credits will not be refundable as we incur an expense in processing these lists.
There are absolutely no refunds on lists, subscription payments, mailings, or any other products. All accounts past due, as well as fees incurred due to early termination of services as outlined in the terms and conditions, are subject to referral to collections agencies and/or legal counsel for recovery actions. The account holder is responsible for all expenses arising from such collections efforts, which include, but are not limited to, attorney fees and related legal costs. In the event of a dispute of charges made to a credit card, a processing fee of $1,000 will be charged to cover internal administrative costs. This fee, as well as any other collections and attorney fees, will be deducted from any existing credits on the account before the referral to collections or legal counsel. All legal proceedings related to such collections shall be held exclusively in Maricopa County, AZ, and shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arizona.
