The T&Cs for Credit-Based Subscriptions are:

Subscriptions provide access to discounted pricing which may be listed above. Actual subscription is for the total monthly payment worth of credits. These credits can be used for mailing in any way the Client desires. Credits can not be used for lists. Subscriptions are sold as minimum 6 month term. Customers may cancel any time after the first 6 months with 30 day notice. Customers who cancel within the first 6 months will be billed for one additional month for which no credits will be issued to assist with the recovery of the expenses associated with the discounts provided and the setup of the account.
Additional features can be utilized as part of the subscription package at their normal rates and will be charged against the monthly credits received. Additional features available include:
Automated Seller Valuations
At no time can more than 6 month’s worth of credits be “banked”. All credits must be used within 60 days of subscription cancellation or they will be forfeited. If subscription is cancelled the cost per postcard will immediately return to the normal retail rate upon completion of the term.
Wise Pelican will normally present the order to the United States Postal Service within 2 business days (this does not include weekends and holidays) of this order. This may at times be delayed due to issues out of Wise Pelican’s control including but not limited to weather and equipment malfunction. Standard class postcards are generally delivered within 5 to 18 days and first-class postcards are generally delivered within 2 to 6 days. Actual delivery times may vary especially with recent postal service funding issues as discussed in the media. Once mailed, Wise Pelican has no control over the speed of delivery by the United States Postal Service.
Wise Pelican does not review postcard orders for design errors. The orders will be printed exactly as they are formatted in the “PDF Preview”.
Wise Pelican does not review postcards for accuracy or compliance with any state, local, or federal laws, association, MLS, or other rules, or statutes. Wise Pelican reserves the right to increase the price for any future postage increases made by USPS. This amount will not exceed the amount of the actual increase by USPS.
I release Wise Pelican from any and all liability, and agree not to request a refund from Wise Pelican, due to postcards that are delayed, damaged, or lost by the United States Postal Service.
Postcards can be tracked in the “Tracking” section of Wise Pelican. This section includes data as it is provided by USPS. WISE PELICAN DOES NOT RECEIVE DATA FOR 100% OF POSTCARDS AND AT TIMES (THOUGH IT IS INFREQUENT) SORTING FACILITIES AND POST OFFICES MAY NEVER SCAN A POSTCARD BUT INSTEAD DELIVER IT DIRECTLY. WHEN THIS OCCURS THERE WILL NOT BE SCAN DATA.
When you submit your order, you will be charged for each record in your mailing list. When the order is processed for mailing, Wise Pelican will check each address against the National Change of Address database and update accordingly. If an address is found to not be deliverable, credits for those records will be added to your account to be used for a future mailing, however, these credits will not be refundable (we incur an expense in processing these lists).
There are absolutely no refunds on lists, subscription payments, mailings, or any other products. You agree not to attempt any credit card chargebacks and understand that creating a credit card chargeback will result in additional expenses created for Wise Pelican including collection fees and attorney fees. You agree to reimburse Wise Pelican for these additional fees associated with collecting after a credit card chargeback.
