While copy and pasting or saving an image from your website sounds reasonable, images that load on a website are typically optimized for speed not quality. Web images are usually around 72dpi (dots-per-inch). Naturally the higher the concentration of dots, the higher resolution and quality of the image will be. A minimum image quality to ensure a good resolution on a printed format will be 300dpi.
