How do I add or remove the ASV QR code from my template?

An Automated Seller Valuation (ASV) section is already built into every PowerDesigner template, so there is nothing you need to add before you start designing.

When the ASV prompt appears, you can choose:

• Confirm: Keep the included ASV section and QR code.
• Replace: Swap it for another ready-made section or one of your saved sections.
• Remove: Delete the ASV section from the template.

You can replace or remove ASV, but we recommend keeping it. Without the ASV QR code, you lose the ability to track QR code engagement, capture seller leads, and give homeowners a direct way to request a free property valuation. That means fewer opportunities to turn interest from your mailing into potential listing conversations.

If you select Replace, browse the available sections, choose the one you want, and click Confirm.

Changed your mind? Simply select Revert to ASV to restore the original ASV section.
