How do I add multiple agents to my Brand Kit?

You can save multiple agents in your Brand Kit and keep each agent's information and branding separate. This is especially useful for real estate teams, brokerages, or agencies that create branded mailers for different agents.

Instead of changing the same profile each time, simply select the agent you are designing for and apply their saved Brand Kit to the template.

Add another agent

1. Open Brand in the left-side panel.
2. Select the option to add another agent.
3. Enter the agent's details and add their brand assets.
4. Review the profile and save your changes.
5. Repeat these steps for each additional agent.

Apply an agent to a template

Open Brand, select the agent you want to use, and apply them to your template. PowerDesigner will populate the supported fields with the information and branding saved to that agent's profile.
