How do I know if my postcards get delivered?
Yes. Every mailing goes through USPS with CASS-certified addressing, and you can see tracking under Orders / Tracking once the postcards are dropped off.
Can I track real estate postcards?
After Wise Pelican prints the order and hands it to USPS — within two business days of payment — open your account:
- Orders for the mailing and confirmation details
- Tracking (left-hand navigation) for USPS scan updates
Tracking uses USPS scan data. Wise Pelican does not receive data for 100% of postcards. Sorting facilities and post offices sometimes deliver a piece without scanning it, so a missing scan does not always mean the card was not delivered.
Does Wise Pelican offer USPS tracking?
The Tracking section shows the scan events USPS provides for that mailing. It is not a guaranteed scan on every individual card.
If standard class feels slow, that is usually USPS transit (typically 5–15 business days after drop-off), not a lost print job. See Why is my mail taking so long? and What mailing class should I use to get the postcard there in a week?. First class is +23¢ ($1.27) and typically 2–6 business days.
How does addressing help deliverability?
Addresses are CASS-certified. When an order is processed for mailing, Wise Pelican checks each address against the National Change of Address database and updates it before the drop.
$1.04 pay-as-you-go; as low as 83¢ on an annual Dominate plan. Postage is already in that price.
Common questions
Why does Tracking show nothing yet?
Scans appear after USPS has the mailing. Print and drop-off can take up to two business days after payment. Standard class then takes additional days in the mailstream.
Can I track who scanned a QR code?
Delivery tracking and engagement tracking are different. QR scans for PowerFarm and Automated Seller Valuation postcards show in your dashboard. See Can I track how many people interact with my postcards?.
