• Jump right in and create your farm area yourself using the polygon tool, or
• Book a call with a PowerFarm expert to set up your data-driven farm for success.
  
  

Getting on a call with a PowerFarm expert will:

• Walk you through the map view.
• Help identify high-turnover neighborhoods or subdivisions.
• Explain how turnover data, property values, and agent saturation rates appear on your map.
• Make sure your farm covers enough properties to ensure statistically reliable results.
