How do I add and customize a postcard in a Workflow?

Add a Send Postcard step wherever you want a mailing to appear in the sequence. You can then choose a postcard from the template library and customize it in PowerDesigner.

Review the design carefully and make sure that:

• Your branding and contact details are correct.
• The message fits the purpose of the campaign.
• Any property or audience-specific information is accurate.
• Both sides of the postcard are ready to mail.

Each postcard must be reviewed before the Workflow can be activated. This safeguard helps prevent an untouched template from being sent to your contacts accidentally.

You can add multiple Send Postcard steps to the same Workflow, with timing steps between them to control when each design is mailed.
