Workflows

How do I track or manage an active Workflow?

The Workflow tracking screen shows how the campaign is progressing. You can see which contacts are enrolled, which step each person has reached, what they have received, and what is scheduled next.

Each mailing moves through five stages:

  1. Scheduled: The mailing has been assigned a send date.
  2. Credits Charged: The required credits have been taken from the available balance.
  3. Waiting for Fulfillment: The mailing has been handed to production.
  4. Preparing to Mail: The postcard is being printed and prepared.
  5. Mailed: The postcard has entered the postal system.

You can pause or resume a Workflow without losing its current progress, and you can remove individual contacts from a Workflow if they no longer need to receive it.

Workflows can be archived when they are no longer needed. An archived Workflow can be restored later and will return in a paused state. Canceling a Workflow is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once contacts are moving through a Workflow, its steps can't be added, removed, reordered, or changed to a different type.

You can still adjust the existing steps, and a confirmation will show you how the change affects contacts already in the sequence. To change the structure of a running campaign, duplicate the Workflow and edit the new copy.
