Workflows

What is the difference between a draft and an active Workflow?

A draft allows you to build, edit, and review a Workflow without sending mail or using credits.

Keep the Workflow as a draft while you are:

  • Choosing the audience.
  • Building or rearranging the sequence.
  • Customizing postcard designs.
  • Checking the timing and estimated cost.

Activating the Workflow allows contacts to enter the sequence and begins the mailing process.

Before activation, make sure that every postcard has been reviewed, the required terms have been accepted, and a valid payment method is available. A Workflow cannot be activated while one of its postcard designs remains untouched.
