How do I make a Workflow repeat?
Add a Repeat Workflow step at the end of the sequence when you want contacts to return to the beginning and receive the campaign again. Repeat Workflow must always be the last step.
The timing step immediately before Repeat Workflow determines how long contacts wait before the next cycle begins. To prevent a sequence from restarting too quickly, Wise Pelican requires a Wait of at least one day, or a Wait Until Date step, before the repeat.
For example:
- Send a market update postcard.
- Wait three months.
- Repeat the Workflow.
This creates a quarterly mailing campaign that continues running without rebuilding the sequence after every send.
You can also set the total number of runs. The count includes the first run. Leave it blank if you want the Workflow to repeat indefinitely.
